Fediverse

Not gunna lie this place is kinda problematic but that is what makes it based. That’s why we all liked twitter anyway. If you grew up with (probably regrettably) unsheltered internet access and understand what it means to be dark woke or maybe are a little too based and probably most importantly have a fair amount of tolerance both ways you could have fun here.

There are some benefits to social media, but for the most part though not much. But for the aura grinders, sigma males, femcels and timeline terrorists among us thirdculture has a fediverse instance. We find it kind of fun.

We run akkoma because I find it cool. The fediverse has about the same level of tech esotericism as bitcoin but its far safer. Reading the wikipedia page may help. But essentially we run our own small little community that can communicate with a larger group of other (ideally) small communities. If you want your piece of the pie you can make your own instance too. Think of (or imagine) it like the cafeteria at highschool before cell phones, far less supervision and you can bring your own table, well its online, so not the best example but you get the vibe, not completely pleasant but it has its charm.

I might make a application form for this thing as that kinda seems fun and official. For now just ask, it might help you get off other far more problematic social platforms.
